OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Seasons Greeting Grabs. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Seasons Greeting Grabs. We offer this website, including its information, features, physical products, digital products, and related services, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
By visiting our website, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence—or have permission from a parent or legal guardian—to make a purchase.
You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability or transmit malicious code.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, availability, and prices accurately. However, screen settings and manufacturing or fulfillment differences may affect how colors and other details appear.
Product images may include staged settings, props, digital mockups, or decorative elements that are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and may update product information without prior notice. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you, offer an appropriate correction, or cancel and refund the affected order.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and delivery information before submitting it.
4. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown at checkout when available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.
We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payments are processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS AND FULFILLMENT
Some physical products are shipped directly by third-party fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND LICENSE
Digital products may include printable files, templates, patterns, artwork, guides, or other downloadable materials. No physical product will be shipped when a listing is identified as a digital product.
Unless a product listing expressly provides different license terms, purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal and household use only.
You may download and print the product for your own personal or household use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, or transfer the files
- Upload the files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, or public platforms
- Sell printed or modified versions of the files
- Use the files for commercial purposes
- Claim the files, designs, or content as your own work
- Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
- Use the files to create competing products
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Digital files may appear slightly different when printed because of printer settings, paper, ink, software, screen calibration, or scaling. Customers are responsible for having compatible software and equipment unless the listing states otherwise.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Physical products generally cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind. We provide remedies for qualifying damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or lost items as described in that policy.
Digital-product purchases are generally final after the files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. We will assist with corrupted files, incorrect files, duplicate charges, or download-access problems.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND BUNDLES
Promotions, discount codes, free-product offers, and bundles may be subject to additional conditions shown in the offer or product listing.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined
- Discounts have no cash value
- Offers apply only during the stated promotional period
- Free or bundled items must be included in the qualifying offer
- Cancelled, refunded, or ineligible purchases may lose promotional benefits
We may correct or cancel promotions containing obvious errors or affected by fraud, misuse, technical problems, or unauthorized distribution.

We do not exclude any product warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seasons Greeting Grabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, services, or products.
